IT HAS BEGUN! Breaking ground for the new kitchen has started, and we couldn't be more excited.
The first batch of concrete was poured on October 13th, just days after the Empire Development crew from Mayville, NY, began their work in early October 2025. Final construction is planned to be finished by June 2026. We would like to thank each and everyone who has contributed toward this ambitious project, and making a long term dream finally come true.
What an exciting milestone! The first pour lays the foundation with strong, durable concrete, setting the stage for a kitchen that will last for decades. Properly handled concrete ensures stability, longevity, and a solid start to bringing this long-term dream to life.
