Kitchen Progress 03-05/2026

The Empire crew is maintaining momentum on the RMSC kitchen project, despite the recent heatwave.

Here is what has been completed in these last few busy months:

• Interior concrete slab poured

• Electrical pole installed and wired into the building

• Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical rough-in completed

• Gutters and downspouts

• Generator installed

• Concrete for new sidewalk slabs and delivery driveway poured

• Exterior doors installed

• Insulation installed

• Drywall installation started week of 5/18

There is a lot left to be finished but the list shrinks day by day. Included on the upcoming schedule are projects such as: flooring, paint/primer, and FRP installation in kitchen area; Additional project dates are TBD in the upcoming weeks. The kitchen is expected to be completed beginning/mid July.
