Activities Director
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activities Director to energize and enrich the lives of residents in Personal Care Home setting. In this vital role, you will design, organize, and facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals through innovative programming and heartfelt engagement.
Duties:

Develop and implement diverse activity programs tailored to residents’ interests, abilities, and care needs

Coordinate resident events such as social gatherings, recreational outings, arts and crafts sessions, and promote community involvement

Build strong rapport with residents by understanding their preferences, histories, and individual needs to foster meaningful connections

Manage schedules for activities and ensure timely setup, execution, and cleanup of events while maintaining a safe environment

Collaborate with caregiving staff to integrate therapeutic activities that enhance cognitive function and emotional well-being

Maintain detailed records of resident participation, activity feedback, and program outcomes to continuously improve offerings

Pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Direct Support Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will assist residents with daily activities, promote independence, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. Your dedication will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring they receive respectful, personalized care in a supportive setting.
Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing,

Assist with medical appointments, as needed.

Monitor residents’ health and well-being.

Support medication administration (after training) and help implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.

Provide companionship and engage residents through meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties.

Respond quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

Provide accurate documentation.

Maintain required trainings.
